Our COVID-19 Response

Stanford Settlement Neighborhood Center continues to assist our neighbors in need during this difficult time.

The Senior Center is temporarily closed, but our work with seniors will continue. The Senior Center will continue to provide services to the seniors in an alternate manner that will not place our participants at risk. We continue to provide socialization, transportation, and nutrition services, including home visits, phone contact, transportation, case management, and more.

The Children's Program/After School Groups are temporarily closed but supportive services will continue. We maintain frequent and regular contact with participants and their families, through outreach and home visits. We share existing resources with families. Groceries are available to families as needed.

The Teen Center remains closed temporarily. The goal of the Teen Center is to keep teens in school and out of trouble. While we acknowledge the challenge of implementing social distance with youth, we weigh that against their risk of getting into trouble while school is out.
