Akshaj Mehta, has decided to donate the proceeds of his new novel "Makeshifts" to Teen Center at Stanford Settlement. Akshaj, 12 years old is believed to be youngest Indian American author. He donates proceeds of his books to local charities, including Sacramento Children's Home, Make-a-Wish, and Reading Partners Sacramento.
